Bob Haper ask: So are you going to give up and stay fat? The choice is yours!

Thanks to yumyucky, she introduced the name "Bob Haper" into my fitness world.

Well. Bob has put it all in plain English for all of us. It's definately a thumbs up from me
I hope this will inspire you to do something TODAY.

    Ahhh. I needed to hear that today. I'm sloshing through this very early morning trying to put my game face on for Bob's DVD. Thanks for sharing that video clip. It's time for me to kick some azz!
