GREEDY) second home is a very motivational place that i go to when i needed to put a smile back onto my face.

Anyway, i recently submitted a photo in participation of her YumYucky army blog and guess what! I am on the page!!!! Seriously, check her website out, it's is one darn cool place!

DISCLAIMER: A word of caution, some of the food related images might be too much for some to handle.... it might just trigger a craving reaction.... readers are at their own risk!

  1. How's the workouts going? Is Shaun T still trying to kill you? I haven't heard anything from you - gotta make sure you're still pushing play!!

  2. hey you! Yes I am still at it with my Insanity. Yes, that man is skill trying to kill me! I cannot wait until I am over and done with him!!!!! I have to say the results are undeniable. I will be updating here soon when I get inspired to write!
Planning to do P90X classic after Insanity, I am soooooo looking forward to that!

  3. That's awesome to hear! I have yet to do Insanity, but will have to try it someday! Shaun T just released the follow up to Insanity - it's called "Insanity: The Asylum". It's a 30 day program - maybe you can hit that one after going through another round of P90X!

I'm looking at starting another round of P90X here pretty soon! Pushing a bit harder this time and using more weight now that I have better dumbells!

  4. I think INSANITY is enough to last me for this life time!!!! I am aware of Asylum. I would be super proud if i could just comfortably complete an INSANITY workout without feeling like i am going to have an heart attack!

I am so looking forward to seeing the blogs on your second round!!!! Do post some pictures!

  5. Will definitely be posting pics and continuing the blog! You're a step a head of me in the cardio world - I don't think there's anyway I'd be ready to keep up with Insanity yet, but that's another that I'll have to get too!

  6. hey, it is not a competition as to who is ahead of who. I think it is more a consideration on who has what it takes to keep on pushing their personal limits and push through the pain of getting stronger! Soooo looking forward to seeing some photos! :D

  7. You're right - it's not a competition between others, or even you and I. Not by any means. If anything it's a challenge of us against fat! Changing the world, one pound at a time!

I was debating between P90X and RevAbs - I thought I had a copy of it. Turns out I have Hip Hop Abs and not RevAbs, darn. Don't think the 'dance' is going to be my style. I may try a couple of days of it just to hold me over, then go ahead and hit P90X: Round 2!

I'm looking forward to your 'after-insanity' photos. Those should be hot!

  8. Do P90X!!!! Not sure if your first roung was P90X CLASSIC. Although i have not done the classic version. I think you will find P90X LEAN to be too easy. If you want big results, do Classic and make sure what you are doing with your diet is working for you.

I am actually considering to purchasing Hip Hop abs.... but let me tell you a secrete... i cannot stand Shaun T

  9. I busted out Ab Ripper X yesterday morning - it was awesome! As Tony points out, it's a total love/hate relationship. I've been through it before (obviously), but the workout is a great one. P90X: Round One was about doing it. I didn't follow the meal plans and I didn't follow the schedule/routine exactly. I wasn't completely ready for it and to be honest, I'm probably still lacking in some areas. I did follow my own diet/eating plan and it actually worked out pretty good. During the week I can usually manage my eating habits very well. It's the weekends that I slip up more unless I'm always thinking about it.

This time around will be a combination of P90X Classic and my own additives. I want to focus more on eating habits (I really dislike the term "diet", I should blog about that sometime) and pushing harder during the workouts.

That's funny that you don't like Shaun. Most of the time I hear negative comments about Tony. I haven't spent any time with Shaun's videos yet, but I actually like Tony's videos. He's a bit quirky and pops off with some cheesy humor, but he's having fun and that makes it fun!

Memo to self: "Get ready body, Monday is getting close!"

  10. Hey hey! I had Rev Abs but returned it. It wasn't enough of a challenge for my fitness level. But that "P90X2" preview I saw was freaking CRAZY!!! Yep. They're coming out with a brand new version.

  11. I have to agree, that preview is crazy! I've also heard they shortened the yoga segment to an hour and incorporated the Ab Ripper into the other workouts so it's not a separate part any more. Still waiting for confirmation, but that's my current understanding. Hope it's true!

  12. @ yumyucky, the preview of P90X2 gave me goose bumps!!! P90X2 looks like a cross over of P90X & INSANITY.

I plan to do 1 round of P90X CLASSIC after my INSANITY is done than I will prob. treat myself to another program from Beachbody. Have you done Hip Hop Abs??? How about the Bob Hapers DVDs? Any recommendations are wellcome!

  13. @ Coachtemplar, how come you get all these insider informations!!!! that is so cool!

  14. Part of being a coach with the company, get to find out some great insider information :) Forget one of the best parts, they changed it from 6 days a week down to 5 days! Imagine that, you get your weekends back! Ka-Pow!

  15. oh i forgot to say @ YumYucky you go girl! I love the way you said that RevAbs "It wasn't enough of a challenge " for you! Say it how it is, and say it proudly that you are stronger and ready for something even harder!!!! (so maybe i should invest in the flip video to do a abs routine! and see if that will be a challenge for you!)
@ coachtemplar.... I did reach out to Beachbody to find out if i can be a coach. Since i wanted to buy shakeology regularly, but they informed that i can not be a coach nor buy shareology because i live in a little country call Hong Kong :(

  16. Sorry to hear that you can't get it yet. Don't give up though, let your voice be heard. We just recently opened the doors into Mexico. I'm sure that in time, we can go worldwide, I just can't say how long it will be till that happens! I sure hope it does happen though!

@YumYucky - I couldn't agree more with Cuppypower's statements... keep rockin' it! Accept the challenge and defeat it!

  17. Bob Harper's DVD's are an ever so slightly toned down version of P90X. I like Bob because his personality better - I just like Bob as a person, ya know? Bob's DVD would too easy for you. But you could recommend them to peeps who aren't quite on P90X level yet, but still have a good fitness foundation while needing bigger push to get to the next level.

  18. @yum yucky, since i have no experience with Bob. In comparsion to Insanity, are they similar in difficult?
