Day 2 results

10 High Knees & 10 Mountain Climbers – 3 sets
2 Squat Jump + 2 Push ups + 1 Tuck Jump - 3 sets
L&R Ski Abs + 2 Straight jumps – 5 sets
Clean&Press + Squat&Press + Press up – 5 sets
5 Tuck Jumps + 5 baby burpees – 2 sets
Spider Knee Push up + Straight push up – 6 sets
Switch Lunges – 20
2 side lunges + 2 Punches + 2 TUCK Jumps – 5 sets
10 Squats + 10 Squat Jumps – 3 sets
10 Elbow to Knee – 60 reps
Straight Push ups – 22
Speed Run - ? lost count
